Teen Holiday Workshop 2019 starts in Monday 24th June 2019 and will run until Friday 28th June 2019 at both our Plumstead and Observatory Campus. The Workshop is aimed at specifically at high school students who are interested in pursuing a career in fashion. This week-long workshop allows the student insight into ‘the life of a fashion student’.
This practical, fun-filled course touches on all aspects of the fashion industry, exposing the student to elements of pattern design, garment construction, fashion design, digital fashion application, trend forecasting, and fashion buying and merchandising. Students will be guided through both practical elements, as well as have conversations with leading industry members who will introduce the students to their chosen professions. Students are also set an exciting fashion related task with the week ending in a fashion show open to parents enabling them to see the work the students have produced in the week.
